Every project and every idea starts here. Sketching, scribbling, writing, collecting, and archiving are all integral parts of my creative process. I fill my sketchbooks with everything and anything I can fit in them, as a resource, a source of future inspiration, or simply for archival purposes. I’m constantly going back to old sketchbooks for reference and pulling bits of old notes and ideas to use as inspiration for current projects. A re-occuring cycle – everything in them influences something else I’ve done in some way.
