In this service-learning course a group of eight students worked together as a design studio, serving several local Richmond non profit and small business clients. Headed by John Malinoski we worked as a team, each of us having a hand in every project doing everything from client management, design, photography, and press-checks. John constantly pushed us to approach our clients and projects with integrity and professionalism. In many ways this was very similar to Camp Firebelly, and was a remarkable experience.
